“The hotel is close to two subway lines 5 and 8. Both are just one stop to line 1 and can connect AirPort Express line. Commute via subway is very convenient from or to this hotel. All lines 1, 5, and 8 can reach most popular tourist spots.”

“We are family of ten (with grandparents & young kids), total 4 rooms. We have requested four rooms next to each other, unfortunately, this was not arranged, and four rooms are quite far apart in terms of room condition, 3 out of 4rooms exceptional, except one room with slightly bad ”

“The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to housekeeping and serving breakfast. However, I have a suggestion regarding the breakfast service. It would be more convenient if breakfast could be provided as take-out. Although it is currently prohibited, some guests have been seen bringing their own take-out boxes to help themselves to food, and the staff has even been assisting guests in obtaining to-go boxes. I don't think that's their fault, but the……
