We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and so cute, and the hosts were so nice! The walkways were shoveled and well maintained! We would absolutely stay here again!

The was a great home for our family’s trip. It’s located close to downtown, has plenty of parking, very clean and well stocked. Alan, the owner, was very responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend this home!

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay with very responsive hosts. Plenty of room for everyone and a full kitchen that has everything you need. Lots of areas to charge your electronics to include outlets and many USB ports. Very easy access to downtown Anchorage and the perfect spot to watch the New Years Eve fireworks from the warmth of the living room.

Convenient, Clean and Cozy

Alan and Portia’s place is convenient to downtown and train depot. It has everything you need and some very nice extras. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive to our needs. Two thumbs up!

Family Vacation

This place was amazing for our first family vacation. Its close to downtown with easy access to everything to do in Anchorage, clean and has everthing you need to feel right at home. The host was willing to help with any and all your needs. 10/10 would recommend.

Clean & adorable

The property is very nice, clean and had nice extras such as shampoo, body wash, blow dryer and Coffee. But the best was the host she was amazing, I was having surgery and host asked how I was doing and if I needed anything. The washer(dryer was nice too, meant I can go home with clean laundry. Will definitely stay here again!

Christmas Joy

This home was the perfect place to stay for the Christmas vacation while visiting family. The home was exactly as described and very cozy! Roomy for our family of four with lots of room to spread out. The heated towel rack was cozy to warm up the towel when we got out of the shower! Owner very receptive in offering to come over to shovel snow. Goddies in the home was so nice for welcoming us into the house! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!

Exactly what we needed for a family of 5. Clean, roomy, quite/safe/clean neighborhood. Had lots of nice extra's like ice, coffee, tea, Bluetooth speaker, junk drawer with batteries, toothbrushes, ect for all to take if needed. Host was very responsive and even hooked me up with my favor drink! This is the place to stay in Anchorage if your traveling with family!!!

We were using this place as a jump off point for our family Alaska trip, and it did not disappoint! It was close to all of the stores (grocery/outdoor) that we needed to buy from. Also, hiking at Kincaid Park during low tide was a GREAT experience!
