Very bad hospitality. No worth for amt paid. Food is horibal. Hotel staff r very arrogant especially the manager Mr. Neel is very arrogant person. No hot water facility in room.

All sorts of problems . At Late checkup ( we sent a message in advance to make them aware of it and do the proper arrangements ) we discover the phone number were incorrect . No one to contact on arrival at night . After struggle for a hour to find a number to call
finally we find the updated number on the spot , then someone finally staff show up . Another sort of problem starts .. the staff insisted on put us on a no-AC cottage with Hard smeel of mold even we have argue with them that we a proof that we paid a AC-Room . Poor quality mattress . On the day-2 we gave up Of that and requested the refund of the remainig the days from Expedia . The good is the breakfast .

only good point i felt about this hotel was it is very close to beach just 30 metres.but there are negative points too.did not find room clean and there were lot of insects in bathroom and continuous flow of water from the first floor.coming to food part cant complaint as i did not taste at the restaurant ,but i did not find much staff over there.and there was voltage issues too.owner does not smile much. this resort could be improved with better maintenance of rooms and regular cleaning if the restrooms

It was a bad experience over all ,
When we reached the resort it was dead there were no staff .finally by God's grace there was contact number of a staff named Suresh on the sign board he than made us stay @ vista praia .had booked for a.c. cottage and had to stay at non a.c. one
