The Puffin Place on The Fife Coastal Path

Welcome to The Puffin Place, a self contained holiday let in the beautiful East Neuk of Fife. The Puffin Place is conveniently situated close to coastal walks, golfing at many of the fabulous local golf courses and sightseeing in the various coastal villages and popular university town of St Andrews.

The Puffin Place provides warm, cosy accommodation consisting of a double bedroom, bathroom (full size bath with shower over) and a living room / kichen diner with a sofa bed. All bedding, towels and heating are provided at no exra charge.

The Puffin Place sleeps two comfortably, the sofa bed provides accommodation for a further two but is best suited to children although we are happy to take groups of four adults.

East Neuk Delight
The Puffin Place is clean, well equipped and serves well as a base for couples exploring the East Neuk of Fife. The flat is on a quiet street with ample street parking. Most importantly, for us,The Puffin Place allows dogs. The flat's garden is across the road but this wasn't a problem for us. We would not hesitate to return.

Perfect base for exploring the area, not far from a lovely harbour
The Puffin Place (a ground floor flat inside a house) was lovely. The flat has one main bedroom, and the sofa converts to a very comfortable double sofa bed. All the bed linen, towels etc are supplied and the lovely smelling soap in the bathroom is made by the host. The town of St Monans does have a small convenience store if needed. It has everything you need to enjoy a stay in the little town of St Monans, which has a very pretty harbour just minutes from the accommodation, and an easily drivable distance from Anstruther and it’s famous fish and chips restaurant and takeaway, and of course close to the beautiful and historic University town of St Andrews which boasts a tree planted in the University grounds by Mary Queen of Scots. You are also within very easy reach of Scotlands Secret bunker which is fascinating. .

Cosy and homely
The property is spotlessly clean and very well equipped and maintained. Its a beautiful area for visting. Even just for local walks along the coast. The owners were very friendly but left us pretty much to it which was great. We will definitely be visting again.

Lovely wee flat in St Monans. Linda and Steve were friendly and helpful. Good location for Fife Coastal Trail. and close to Elie, Anstruther, etc. Good base to explore East Neuk of Fife

The puffin place
The flat was small but comfortable. Within walking distance for the harbour and the Fife costal path. Strangely the hot water seemed to be fed by the boiler upstairs making the supply a bit erratic at times, especially for the shower.

A short trip to the Puffin Place, St Monans
Situated in a beautiful part of the east coast of Scotland. The apartment is spacious enough for two people. It is well furnished and has all the items required in the space allowed. Instructions for the cooker might have been helpful but apart from that we had everything that we needed.
