Great location, lovely host. We really enjoyed our time here, you had everything that you needed in walking distance. The host left some milk, butter, bread, ham and cheese, coffee and chocolate (I hope I didn't miss anything) which was really thoughtful. It was very quiet and peaceful at this time of the year. Had a little problem with the network but after messaging the host he was there literally in 5 minutes to sort the problem. He cleaned the pool as well and left us a bottle of wine, lovely gesture.It was an amazing stay in overal the only complain we would have that the pool was freezing cold and I mean freezing cold.Thank you for everything.

We loved the size and location of the property. When we arrived the property was clean and the host had left us a welcome pack of food and drink in the fridge. He also popped by on a couple of occasions with a lovely cake. We loved the swimming pool and used it most days. The villa was located up a lane and felt very private. It was within walking distance of a few restaurants, all of which served lovely food and had very friendly and welcoming staff. We ventured further afield to Latchi and Phafos and enjoyed our outings. The villa had all the amenities we needed. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom as we were a party of 2 couples and 2 individual adults. The managing agents were very helpful from the initial enquiry up to the end of our holiday. The owner was very helpful and answered any queries very quickly. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone who wants a relaxing and fun holiday in Cyprus.

The villa was superb and fully equipped with everything we needed . The host George was extremely helpful and ready to help at anytime would definately come back again ( perhaps hire a car this time )but overall a superb choice thank you .

Wir waren mit 2 Familien über Weihnachten und Neujahr in der Villa. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder sind genau treffend und die Kommunikation sowohl vor der Anreise auch als vor Ort war einwandfrei! Alles wurde schnell beantwortet und auch umgesetzt. Zwei kleine Beispiele: - der Pool war bei Anreise bereits vorgeheizt - als die Gasflasche leer ging (Silvester Abend) kam direkt der Manager vor Ort um sie zu tauschen Die Villa ist super sauber und hat eine fantastische Lage. Zu Fuß ist man in 2 Minuten an einem Spielplatz direkt am Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einige Ausflugziele sind ganz in der Nähe! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder in dieser Villa unseren Urlaub verbringen

The property was everything we had hoped for. Villa Alasia is spacious with an open plan living area. The bedrooms are all ensuite and well appointed. The air conditioning was very effective, something we definitely needed as it was very hot during our stay. Lovely pool area with shaded outdoor eating, we enjoyed using this at lunchtime and in the evening. The beach and bar are only 3 minutes walk away. The beach was clean and well equipped with sun beds. The bar serves delicious food at a reasonable price, the owner and staff were very friendly. We went to The Blue Lagoon on a boat trip from Latchi which we highly recommend. A quiet location to stay and relax with friends and family. We will definitely return.

Property was fantastic and the location was stunning! Such a peaceful family holiday. Literally metres from the beach and an amazing taverna. Pool and outside area were clean and a great size for the 7 of us, we spent most of our holiday in the pool. Great communication throughout. Highly recommend

De villa zag er keurig en schoon uit . Het lag op een mooie locatie op loopafstand van het strand en verschillende restaurants. Het was een goede uitvalsbasis om Cyprus ontdekken. Het zwembad was schoon en het water was heerlijk verwarmd. We hebben ons hier uitstekend vermaakt. 1 keer hadden we probleem met de elektriciteit maar na en telefoontje was de eigenaar direct aanwezig en was het probleem zo opgelost. Deze villa is een echte aanrader.

Thank you so much for the perfect villa in a perfect location! Totally recommended! Don‘t be afraid because of the „big“ street nearby- not much traffic and therefore no problem! You can really walk to the wonderful beach and in november we were by our own there! We were there in the middle of november and the weather was sunny (24-27C) and it‘s still possible to go swimming. Travelled with our 18th month old daughter and she loved the garden and pool-area. Thank you for the welcome-package (bread, eggs, milk.... everything you need for the first breakfast) - we didn‘t need all of that because we were shopping directly before our arrival- so sorry! The owner visited us for cleaning the pool and brought fresh oranges for juice and a bottle white wine;) We hope we can come back for a second visit! Best regards and thank you!

Villa Alasia is so gorgeous the pictures don't do it justice, the views of the ocean and the mountains from the balconies was an absolute joy to wake up to every day! The pool is a great size and all the air conditioned rooms are also great sizes with ample storage in all of them. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need and more and the linens were more than ample for what we needed (the mid stay clean was also ideal as we were there for a fortnight). As we were travelling with four children they loved the trampoline, swings and table tennis and the pool table was much used by the dads! Check out Santa Barbara Resto at the end of the drive, the sunsets are beautiful and the local dishes definately worth a try.

Great place to relax and unwind . Kids and grandkids loved the pool and us oldies too 😃 plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing , had some fantastic walks down on the beach to watch the sunset . Would definitely recommend the villa to friends and family but would get a hire car next time .
