Large Apartment in center of many stores

It is a five minute walk to two tram stops that go downtown. Each tram stop has a large supermarket as well as other stores. The apartment is large and the bed is queen-size and the television is very large. The streaming service had many stations in German, English, French and some other languages. I was not bored with the television. The refrigerator has a large freezer which is very helpful. The kitchen has all needed items. This is a good place to stay in Augsburg.

Für Kurzaufenthalte zu empfehlen

Hier und da kleine Beschädigungen der Wände, angebrochener Stuhl. Teilweise zu wenig Geschirr (Tassen und Müslischüsseln). Die Lüftung im Bad ist relativ laut. Der Durchgang zum Hof riecht fast dauerhaft nach Hundepipi. Für die 3 Nächte, die wir mit unseren 2 Kleinkindern dort waren, war die Wohnung in Ordnung.

Ideal für den Kurzurlaub mit Einladung

Die Wohnung war für uns ideal nachdem wir eine private Einladung am Wochenende erhalten haben. Nahegelegene Nutzung der Trambahn zum Zentrum, Geldautomat und Supermarkt ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und für kurze Aufenthalte nur zu empfehlen. Der Hauptbahnhof schnell erreichbar ( 5 Gehminuten), ruhige Nachbarschaft. Der einzige Mangel: das Parken. Alles insgesamt: eine 2 +.

Logement incommode

Du logement il est facile d'accéder au centre d'Augsburg. Il n 'est pas aisé de trouver l 'entrée du logement. Celle-ci se fait par l'arrière mais pas de signalisation .Sur la rue indiquee il n'y a pas de n°21. La salle de bain est très exigue, il est pas facile de prendre une douche. L'appartement est encombré de meubles et Les tiroirs sont pleins de couette,oreiller et autres empêchant tout rangement.La rue et l endroit est calme.

Wirklich eine schöne, saubere Wohnung. Toller Kontakt. Nur das Parken gestaltete sich schwierig. Die Lage war auch ganz gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Fußnah und sehr nette Anwohner.

Kurztrip nach Augsburg

Meine Frau und ich haben unseren Kurztrip nach Augsburg sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung passten 1:1. Wir fanden eine sehr saubere Wohnung vor in der wir uns wohl gefühlt hatten. Vielen Dank auch für die kleine Auswahl an Lebensmittel die im Kühlschrank lagen und zu unserer Verfügung standen. Wir standen im ständigen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Vielen Dank auch dafür. Anreise per Bahn sehr gut möglich. Ein Bahnhof ist fußläufig erreichbar. Viele Grüße

Sehr nette Ferienwohnung!

Für einen Kurztrip mit einer Freundin war das die perfekte Ferienwohnung! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und die gute Ausstattung macht die etwas abseits gelegene Lage wieder wett.. wir sind trotzdem zu Fuß in die Stadt gegangen und eine Straßenbahn-Haltestelle ist auch sehr nah. Ich kann die Wohnung weiterempfehlen!!

Man fühlt sich wie zuhause

Der Schlüssel ist in einem Tresor, so "check-in" ist 24h möglich. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, großes Fernsehen vor dem Couch, Internet. Ein Handtuch pro Person ist vorhanden. Der Gastgeber hat uns sogar freies Trinken im Kühlschrank gelassen. Wir waren zwei Eltern mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Es hat alles super geklappt.

Schöne Wohnung, toller Vermieter!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und lässt fast nichts vermissen. Noch mehr überzeugen kann nur der freundliche Vermieter, der immer zu erreichen ist. Er hat extra einen Babyhochstuhl vorbei gebracht und sogar ein Reisebett für Babys war vorhanden! So macht ein Städtetrip Spaß. Danke lieber Samuel!

Non facilissimo da trovare, ma l'appartamento è veramente molto bello, pulito ed ha tutti i generi di comfort. Il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha fatto trovare mele, cibo e bibite. Unico neo il bagno: troppo piccolo e un pò al di sotto del resto della casa.

Liebevoll eingerichtet. Vielen Dank für die Pralinen, den Obstkorb und die kalten Getränke. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Nur das Bad geht leider gar nicht. Ich möchte aber ausdrücklich hinzufügen, daß es nicht am Vermieter liegt sondern an der Bauweise des Hauses, ohne Fenster, ohne Lüftung kann die Feuchtigkeit kaum abziehen und es bilden sich logischerweise Schimmelflecken.

We loved it!!!

Apartment simply furnished, very cozy and bright. Some welcome stuff left in the fridge were well appreciated by us. When we arrived and stepped into the stairway, it smelled like a little old and moldy but inside, the apartment was renovated and very clean. We were sorry there were a little leak in the sink of the bathroom. And the curtain in the shower room does not stop the water to splash. Since there is no window, the room stayed damp after each shower. An exhaust fan would help remove humidity. Other than that, we enjoyed very much the place. We did not use the TV not knowing how it was working. We did use the WIFI which was good. Thank you, Samuel, for hosting us.

Kleines Apartment mit guter Anbindung ins Zentrum

Wir waren zu viert als Familie für einen Kurzurlaub in Augsburg und haben uns für dieses kleine Apartment entschieden. Es ist gut eingerichtet, gemütliches Bett und eine bequeme Schlafcouch. Die Küche hat sogar einen Backofen und ein große Gefriertruhe. Wir haben viel unternommen, waren also quasi nur morgens und abends im Apartment. Es ist für Paare und Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet, ansonsten dürfte es ein bisschen zu klein sein. Die Nachbarschaft ist recht ruhig, die Kneipe nebenan nimmt man kaum wahr. Die Wohnung liegt recht Nahe ma Bahnhof Oberhausen und man kann es sehr gut als "Basislager" nutzen. Lediglich ein wenig mehr Geschirr wäre schön.
