“Nice hotel”

“First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. Everyday we got night snack and wine/water in the room. The location is great and I will definitely stay in the future. When we checkout day, gentleman in the front desk helped……

“The hotel is located in the Bairro Alto district. It is a picturesque and vibrant neighborhood, easy walking distance to the central shopping district, but much less crowded. The hotel is set in a beautifully renovated 19th century building. The service is wonderful; the staff is professional, but very warm and helpful. This is now my hotel of choice in Lisbon. ”

“旅館位在上城區裡，地理位置極佳，著名景點都可以步行到達，非常方便。但是這裡街道到處都是酒吧，晚上噪音特別大，上坡下坡也非常不方便拖著大件行李來投宿，旅人需要做好氣喘吁吁的心理準備。不適合拖著行李步行，即使鄰近地鐵站，但是人行道坡度落差非常大，且全是石頭鋪成的不平整路面。 旅館是一棟非常老舊的建築，沒有電梯、樓梯和房間木頭地板走路都會發出聲響，整棟建築沒有空調，但所幸八月的里斯本入夜之後非常涼爽。旅館提供的早餐是工作人員幫你準備好的，但是咖啡機24小時免費提供旅客使用，也有共用廚房和冰箱開放住客使用。接待櫃檯的時間不是固定的，入住前或者寄放行李要特別確認櫃檯時間，以免撲空。”
