Property was extremely new and very clean. Lots of aspects have been taken care of such as coat hangers and pegs. It would be good if dishwashing detergent was provided, could also use more sharp knives and utensils such as tongs.
The communication was good and a place to collect the key for a late check in was arranged. Anyone staying here needs to know that this is not a normal apartment within a hotel where you can access concierge. Once we booked the hotel and paid we receieved detailed information about the property, including instructions not to engage with concierge staff. This was a little unsettling as we had issues with the key card for operating the lift that we had to work through and we had no way of contacting the owner other than ‘whats app’ which Expedia had orgainsed for us with the owner so you really need wifi (which you dont have access to when you depart the apartment). There are also signs up that short term stay people are not to access the amenities (we did anyway). Location is fantastic, very close to sky train, pool has an awesome view and the gym facilities were excellent too.
Information should be updated to identify that the gym is located on the 39th floor but accessed via stairs on the 38th floor. Also that the key card did not work to access the room, we had to put the code in. Very clean apartment in a great location, although you do wonder if you have a right to be there with all the signage of short stays.
