Very disappointed and uncomfortable

We requested assistance every day with no success. We were told many times they would get back to us and help us but it never happened.The air conditioning didn’t work The house smelled strongly of cigarettes We couldn’t use the patio because of the locked bars and no key We had chosen this property because it was supposed to be near the beach and the ability to rest and relax while outside.I would warn everyone to stay away.This was our first time to Italy after a serious bout with cancer

Schöne Wohnung mit Einschränkungen.

Wir waren auf einer Italienrundreise auch in Bari in der vorgenannten Wohnung. Wurden vorab ständig mit Mails und WhatsApp verständigt. Mussten vorab online auch noch einen Vertrag unterzeichnen, obwohl die Wohnung schon längst bezahlt war. Nebengebühren mussten auch vorab online bezahlt werden. Alles auf Englisch und teilweise italienisch. Fand ich nicht so sonderlich glücklich und nervig. Die Lage der Wohnung ist schon sehr speziell, sie liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, dahinter ist der Bahnhof, man wird am Tage bis zum Abend mit lauter Musik (Tanzstunde im Haus) und von außen beschallt. Unter der Wohnung liegt die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage das elektrische Tor quietscht fürchterlich. Die Wohnung an sich ist eigentlich sehr gut eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Mit fehlte ein Toaster und es war nur ein Weinglas in der Wohnung. Eigentlich ein Unding. Bei dem Geschirr und den Gläsern sollte man mal einen Einkauf bei Ikea vornehmen. Der Weg in die Altstadt ist schon etwas länger. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Der nächste Supermarkt liegt aber fast vor der Tür. Der Parkplatz war einigermaßen gut zu erreichen in der Wohnanlage.
