A few small details would make it a 5
Overall this is a very nice property. The condo is as nice as the pictures suggest and the views are great. Definite benefit being on the sunset-side of the building. Having said that there are some things that would elevate this to an exceptional place to stay. There is a door to the balcony in the primary bedroom that faces the main road. Unfortunately the latch does not work properly so the door does not seal out the road noise. We also found the bed pillows to be much harder than we like and suggest providing a soft option. Between these two issues it was hard to get good sleep.Other suggestions to elevate this property to exceptional:- Include the wifi password in the welcome book. We called the property manager when we checked in and got an email back the next day so we had to use our phones as a hotspot for the first night.- Provide at least one day of coffee service so guests do not have to immediately go shopping.- Provide the parking pass in the unit for the duration of the stay. We checked in after 4pm and the HOA closes at 5pm. We got the parking pass but it was an extra step in the checkin process after an already long day.We were definitely satisfied with this rental and enjoyed our stay. With some minor tweaks it could be even better.
