KCS Birmingham City Apartment is in the heart of the city. Directly next to the mailbox and the canals, as well as the cube. The best Birmingham restaurants are just a short walk away. Mailbox Shopping Centre is a 30-second walk away. Bull Ring Shopping Centre, New Street station, The Birmingham Library, and Paradise Square are all within a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

This modern 2-bedroom apartment with an en-suite master bedroom comes fully furnished and benefits from an amazing balcony view and spacious living area complete with a 50-inch Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon prime video, YouTube; free WiFi, sofas, hairdryer, electric iron, ironing board and work desk with chairs. A fully equipped kitchen that provides you with a microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, an electric four-burner hob, crockery, and utensils. The bathrooms have full bathtub and shower facilities with complimentary toiletries, linens, and towels. The bedrooms are well maintained with comfortable double-sized beds and all bedding's also provided.

There are also 2 secure underground parking spaces available to you at no additional cost. The apartment can be accessed from the parking space using the Elevators or stairs if you prefer.

Great Location

This location was very close to the city center, included a parking garage and easy access with elevators taking us to our fifth floor apartment. Overall a good stay, just be aware that you will need to pick up paper towels and laundry detergent for the kitchen. Water splashes very easily from the sinks onto the bathroom floors making them easy to slip on, bath mats would help with this. Thank you for giving us a great location to stay for a few days.

Great location

The place was big enough and clean enough. Check in was easy and it was in a great location. The only complaint is there was not an elevator to take you to our 5th floor room and carrying the luggage upstairs was brutal. We also wasn’t able to access the balcony from the living room. You had to get to it from the only Maine bedroom which was a disappointment since we booked it because of the balcony.
