Dirty. Had to change rooms due to the first one smelling like animal urine. The woman at the front desk was very nice about it and got us a new room right away. The next morning there seemed to be some disagreement between staff in front of guests.

It was just what we needed to rest from our road trip. Comfy bed, great shower pressure, loved that they use Dove products for us to use, and the breakfast was a simple yet tasty bonus in the morning.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hall smelt a little, but this hotel allows dogs so understandable. The breakfast was really good and the staff regular kept the food filled. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is close to the points I needed to visit. While the property is starting to show some age, it is apparent that upgrades are being made. The shower in my room looked new, linens were clean and new, and everything worked the way they should.

Nice place to stay while visiting Radford University. Next door to grocery store, Papa John, and nice chinese take out place. Five minute ride to college with more eating establishment close by. Staff was very polite and courteous. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage and waffles for hot breakfast. Comfortable and modern rooms.
