Great condo in Breck

This property is very much as advertised on the site. The location is great and the property manager is easy to work with. Condo itself is nice. Would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! the apartment is less than .5 mile walk to the Snowflake lift and walkable to main street spots.

We had a party of five and our stay was quite comfortable and was exactly what we needed. The condo was walking distance from the base of peaks 8 and 9 (only open peaks when we went) and to the center of town.

Great place!

The place was exactly what we were looking for. Had all the needed amenities and is right by Main Street- making it convenient to walk to shops. Host was very nice and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Hiking in Breckenridge

The location of this condo was great. Close proximity to many breathtaking hikes. Also a short walking distance to Main Street with all the great shops and restaurants. Perfect for a girls weekend.

Great Location!

This is our second time staying at 4o’clock and it did not disappoint! Such a close walk to town and we could ski home at the end of each day! Great communication with property manager and we had all that we needs for a comfortable stay with our adult kids.

Excellent Location for Skiing and Shopping

We skied and shopped Main Street while staying at this property and both were very easily accessible. If you’re skiing take the Snowflake Lift in the morning and then take the 4 O’Clock run at the end of the day. You’ll miss all the traffic and lines!Ski storage was a nice feature right outside the front door.Beds were comfortable, condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked.Having a washer and dryer in the unit was an added bonus and the tap water was fantastic!

Just what we needed

Just as advertised. We chose for location and that worked out well. Shuttle stops are a short walk (5 mins or less) from the complex, and that gets you to gondola or Peak 9 base quickly. One morning when we missed the shuttle, we simply walked to the gondola (no prob in snowboard boots; wouldn't recommend in ski boots) Main St is an easy walking distance too, depending on temps and snow.

Condo was well located to town and several lifts. Condo had everything you needed to enjoy your trip. Kitchen was well stocked. I would highly recommend for couples/ families as the space allows you to be together while also giving you privacy as preferred

Comfortable space with well stocked kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer. Everything to make home like stay. Our only complaint is that beds in second bedroom were very uncomfortable. Recommend replacement. Otherwise perfect. Owner very helpful and accommodating.

This property served us well during our stay. The location was perfect. You could easily walk to Main Street and basically ski down to the condo using the Lower 4 O’Clock run. Management was friendly and responsive. Any questions we had were answered quickly. If you’re up in the air, just book this place, you won’t regret it!

Jan 10th, 2024 ski trip

Condo was in great shape and location was ideal. We were able to walk a short distance to the bus stop that quickly takes you to the snowflake lift, and then used Four O'Clock run at the end of the day to get back. Communication with Phil was excellent. Only upgrade would be the two mattresses for the bunk bed. These really need to be replaced. The other 3 beds (all queens) are comfortable mattresses. Overall a great place to stay.

Great condo on 4 O'Clock run

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo, which is in a great location. The condo is close enough to walk anywhere in town, yet you are still able to ski in at the end of the day via the 4 O'Clock run. The frequent and free bus shuttles easily get you up the street to the Snowflake lift, or to the nearby Beaver Run Lift or Gondola to start your ski day. We also appreciated how the condo was updated and the overall layout, which worked great for our group - with 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Bonus were all the awesome hooks right by the door and ski storage right outside the door. Would definitely recommend this condo!

First time in Breck

Such an amazing location! We’ve never done a colorado vacation but LOVED where we landed. Had our family of 5 plus an adult nanny and the condo was perfect. It’s only a block and a half, maybe, from the adorable downtown area of Breckinridge. Plenty of summer fun to be had. Phil was amazing to work with and loved the hot tubs and the community pool. We visited both the adventure park on peak 8 and did the drive to copper mountain. Also was able to play 18 holes at Breckinridge golf club, the public course. Only a 10 minute drive.

Wonderful Christmas at This Property!!

Our family of 8 stayed very comfortably in this property. We had 5 adults and 3 teens and there was plenty of space for all of us. Phil was a wonderful host and responded quickly to any of our questions. The condo was the absolute best location, near the free ski shuttle and close to the snowflake run. You could easily ski down the 4 o'clock run at the end of the day and walk over to the condo! For those not skiing, it is the perfect location to visit main street without needing to drive!! It is just a few minutes to access the wonderful shops and restaurants. We visited the week before Christmas and left on Christmas day and the crowds were perfect!!! I would expect it would be much worse had we done the following week. All in all, we love the property and will book it again!

Great Place, Host and Location

Had a great trip for Family of 5. Phil was a great host and so easy to work with. Condo is just as nice as looks and very well stocked so we needed to bring nothing. Plenty of pillows, towels, kitchen supplies,, laundry supplies, etc. Location is easy 5 min walk to Main Street. Ski in is easy and just across the street when ski down almost to bottom of 4 o’clock run. Flat 3-5 min walk Ski out is about 5 -10 min walk up hill on 4 o’clock road to snow flake lift. Hill makes it a little harder but was doable for teenagers and all. May be harder for young kids but can be dropped off easy or free shuttle is right across the road. 2 whirlpools close by were hot and clean and had glass wind break wall around them which was nice. Agin highly recommend, and thanks to Phil for being so responsive and helpful.

As good as it gets!

This rental is exactly as advertised, the location can't be beat! Phil was very responsive to both email and text, and the checkin was a breeze, a personal entry code provided before we arrived was all it took. The shuttle is right outside the door on 4 O clock road and will take you to your lift, and the restaurants and shops are only a short walk in the other direction. We stayed with 4 skiers, each with their own bed, and they were all very well appointed and comfortable. There was no shortage of towels, or basic amenities you would hope to be in the rental, and the hot water was seemingly endless. There is plenty of room to lounge, in the living and dining rooms, and a large TV to keep everyone occupied when dinner was being prepared in the kitchen. We only had 4 people staying here but you could easily fit more. We had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to stay here again, or recommend to friends and family. Thanks again!
