New to the market is this 2 bedroom apartment situated right on the edge of Burnie's picturesque West Beach.

Walking distance to the Burnie CBD, waterfront precinct, Makers Workshop, Burnie park, West Park Oval .

Located on the fringe of the hustle and bustle of the CBD. Within minutes you can have the sand between your toes on the beach, be sitting at a cafe, or shopping.

Everything only a stroll away.

Bright and sunny bottom story unit that has just undergone a tasteful refurbishment.

2 bedroom ground floor apartment. Main bedroom consists of double bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds.

**We wish to inform all guest that due to location of the unit, we acknowledge that there is noise from the highway and nearby 24hr service station.
