Located in Campiglia Marittima, the holiday apartment Villa I Tigli - Pervinca has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 90 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds (one for one person and one for 2 people), a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV as well as air conditioning. This vacation rental features a private terrace for relaxing evenings.

Enjoy a shared outdoor space with a pool, garden, barbecue, and outdoor shower.

The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June to end of September, daily from 8 am to sunset.

Public transport links are located within walking distance.

4 parking spaces are available on the property.

Küchenausstattung: es könnten etwas mehr Kochutensilien (Pfannenwender, Schneebesen etc.) da sein. Es gab leider nur 1 Weinglas. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für den herzlichen Empfang und den angenehmen Kontakt. Wir empfehlen es sehr gerne weiter.
