This listing is for 3 separate tiny cottages situated on a hillside in the woods! Ideal for 3 couples. Reconnect with nature that completely surrounds you, as you take in the 30-foot drop, off the back deck at this unforgettable setting. Each cabin is a cozy studio for 2 with a kitchenette and living room. Traverse up the loft ladder steps to find a secluded queen bed with unbelievable views! Also included in this adult-only retreat, is a spa complete with a hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge!

SPA EXPERIENCE- available to guests of the treetop cottages only!!! This exclusive amenity of access to our Sauna, Cold Plunge and Hot Tub is the only experience like this in the RRG area! *Cold Plunge tub CLOSED from December to March*

The Hillside Cottages are an adult-only retreat featuring Wolf Pup, a black A-frame, Turtle Hatch, a mossy green tiny cottage, and Squirrel Kit, a soft brown tiny cottage. Each one is equipped with a kitchenette, living space and queen bed in the loft area. Perfect for 2 to create memories that you will never forget! These modern cottages have heating and AC in the onsite mini split unit as well as a cold water sink in the kitchenette. Each cottage also contains a microwave, Keurig coffee pot, mini fridge and TV. The back decks are the most captivating amenities as they feature comfy spaces to relax that put you right up in the treetops!

The modern private bathrooms are a short walk (about 100 ft) from the cabin and contain a sink, toilet and custom tile shower. Each one is specifically assigned to each cabin and has a keypad entry.

The spa area (EST completion Aug 2024) features a hot tub, sauna and cold plunge that are exclusively used only by Hillside Cottage guests.

All three hillside cottages are situated close by and make a great getaway for 3 couples to book together, but each have their own privacy. There is a large shared firepit area close to the bathrooms as well as a covered community gathering space.

There is an assigned parking spot for each cabin located at the front of the property by the black garage. Each guest has a short walk (200 feet) to get to their specific cottage.

THE AREA --

The Hillside Cottages are secluded and away from the chaos, yet close to the greatest area attractions in Red River Gorge.
Located just 1 minute from Campton lake where you can enjoy fishing, canoeing or hiking.

The famous Nada Tunnel entrance to the Red River Gorge is just 15 minutes away from the property. You don't want to miss this! This is where you will find countless hiking trails, rock climbing, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, sight-seeing.

For a memorable experience, hike to the famous swinging bridge over the Red River, located upriver from the Jump Rock and Swimming Hole.

Natural Bridge State Resort Park features the Natural Bridge, a million-years-old sandstone arch, which is accessible by hiking up and down the huge mountain or by taking a slow and easy ride on the sky lift. For water activities, like fishing, kayaking, canoeing and stand up paddleboarding, make your way to nearby Mill Creek Lake.

See the mountains from a whole new perspective when you go ziplining over the treetops for a challenging thrill in Cliffview, or drive through the Gorge to the family-friendly zipline spot in Frenchburg, where everyone from kids to grandpa can have a ball!

If you're looking for even more thrills, visit Southeast Mountain Guides for world-famous rock climbing and rappelling! They offer guided climbs if you're new to the activity.

Stop by Thrillsville to go kayaking through the 100-year-old limestone cave and putt-putt golf that kids and even the grandparents will enjoy.

If you love horseback riding, Whispering Valley Riding Trails are just 20 minutes away in Beattyville, where you will see waterfalls, ponds, rock outcroppings as you ride under the canopy of trees. The views are sure to be amazing!

Great restaurants are also nearby! Be sure to check out Miguel's Pizza, a classic restaurant that has been around for 30 years, Red River Rockhouse, a newer restaurant owned by young rock climbers, Thatchers BBQ, and Sky Bridge Station, which features gourmet hot dogs and beer on tap. 145 Steakout is another Great option only a couple minutes from the cabin with lots of beers on tap!

Guests will have private access to the entire cottage and a separate assigned private bathroom with a sink, toilet and custom tile shower. The spa area is shared with the other two Hillside Cottages which are adult-only as well and limited to two guests each.

There is a small walk to each cabin on a path through the woods. Guests must be comfortable climbing steep stairs to the loft. Custom tile bathrooms are in a separate building from the cabin and a short walk away (about 100 ft).
