"Overall the room was comfortable but is in desperate need of repairs/renovations. We had a whirlpool suite that needed repairs to the tub and shower. The shower nozzel shot water everywhere but where it needed to go. Our window leaked when it rained. Also we only had one remote for two tvs. The staff ..."

"House was clean and spacious for 8 people. The pool was also very clean and had enough furniture to accommodate the group. We would have given 5 stars but most outlets in the house were inoperable, none had 3 prongs so we had to purchase adapters to plug laptop into the few outlets that worked. Also ..."

"Good hotel for my needs. No desk at night and in morning. I left early in the morning. Felt I needed to call in to make sure I was checked out. Would be helpful to have a touch screen for check out or even a key dropoff."
