The property was amazing the pictures do no justice very child friendly the owners were great, had a lil problem with the pool slide water pump and the owner's had it fixed within a couple hour, me and my family will definitely be next year and year's to come . I'd recommend to anyone looking for an a amazing beach home

Mixed Bag- a 5/5 in the making

*Pet issue* While the property does not allow pets, the owners have a dog which lives there throughout the year. We have a daughter with an allergy to dogs and she reacted poorly. We had to make arrangements for her to sleep elsewhere with my wife. Lucky to have family close by. Owner was responsive to ameliorate the situation. We decided to stay because the amenities for the kids were fantastic. We limited my daughter's time on property. Very well appointed home. Not Professionally Cleaned. -we received the house in poor condition. Grill was not clean, silverware had food caked on it from being put away without regard after being in dishwasher (my guess). Coffee pot wasn't clean. I had to move a nightstand to pull in my cell phone charger and dust was piled up there. Sand in hot tub so we didn't use. Overall- if you don't mind the presence of pets and the owners re-evaluate their cleaning process (I noticed one other reviewer with the same issue) 18 rabbit run is an easy 5/5. We did make it work and had fun. Owner was very pleasant. I anticipate the cleanliness issue will be resolved and 18 Rabbit Run won't disappoint.

Week at 18 Rabbit Run in Cape May NJ

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fabulous home with great weather. Made lasting family memories in this beautiful space. Only criticism is of the mattresses that were uncomfortable.

Great Family Vacation

Beautiful property with so much to do you don’t even need to leave the house. Plenty of room for the kids and adults to hang out outside and in. Owner very responsive when needed. Pool and hot tub were just the winning combination. Short drive to beaches and boardwalks.

Home away from home

This home was amazing, such a treat for us . Everything you need to relax and have fun. So kid friendly, beautiful pool and hot tub, and fun game room. We loved the location. Can not rate this highly enough, we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful home and great amenities!

It was a great experience for me and my family. The house is beautiful and had a lot of amenities which we enjoyed. The cleanliness of the house could have been better. It appeared that it hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival. I would recommend this house to others based on the location and the amenities.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was better than the pictures show. Any concerns we had were quickly receive and fixed by both the management company and the owner. That issue being the new refrigerator’s freezer. The owner opened up their personal free standing freezer and the management had a repair service there very quickly. They even gave us a gift card for our troubles. Location is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Great layout, especially for my older in-laws. The outdoor living space is awesome and clean and much needed after early day trips on hot days. It’s close to vineyards, breweries, shopping, restaurants and Wildwood.
