In this house you will find all you need for a relaxing family holiday. 4 spacious bedrooms with comfortable Dunlopillo double beds - and two additional movable single beds. 2 large bathrooms - one with double shower and one with shower and bath tub. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and other electrical appliances you need. Living room with TV, Video and Playstation.
In the very spacious 260m2 garden/teresses you will find a 7,5 x 5,5 m private pool sourrounded by comfortable hard wood, olive- almond trees as well as lavende thym, rosmary and other flowers. Also hard wood garden furniture: 8 sun beds, tables and chairs for 8 persons.. From the house you have a magnificent sea view. The house is located on the top of a hill in walking distance to the beach and the small village Cerbère.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble. Vue imprenable sur la mer à l’étage, mais pas à la piscine suite autre construction.Le gîte est difficile à trouver ( 2 adresses diff) Mais dans l’ensemble bon séjour.

This house is lovely, fabulous views, comfortable and well equipped. If you don’t like winding roads and sheer drops it’s not for you, but if you want fabulous views and are up to the driving challenge it’s more than worth it. Excellent hosts and lovely swimming pool. One of the best houses we have ever stayed in. Collioure, just a short drive away is well worth a visit, so to is Banyuls-sur-Mer. If you want a long, flat walk by the sea, then Argeles sur Mer is good. Thank you to kind hosts.

The house is spacious and modern with a fantastic view from the upper floor. It has everything you need to feel at home. Nicely decorated with a touch of Lego. One thing to note though is that the house is located high above the village on a hill. The beach is therefore not really within walking distance and you will need a car.

Wir hatten ein schönen Urlaub, allerdings ist die Ferienwohnung schon in die Jahre gekommen.Der Pool wurde erst ein Tag nach unser Ankunft gereinigt und geöffnet. War für ein paar Tage nicht benutzbar. Die Poolliegen waren zum teil kaputt. Die Spühlmaschiene war defekt und hat es eine Woche gebraucht um die auszutauschen. In der Dusche hat das Wasser immer getropft und das wurde bis zur unser Auszug nicht repariert. Dafür wurden wir mit ein Atemberaubende Ausblick auf Meer belohnt. Die Gegend ist wirklisch sehr schön. Unten in der Stadt sind kleine Läden und die kleine Patiserie ist Goldwert. Wir werden definitiv wieder in der Gegend Urlaub machen, allerdings nicht mehr in diese Fehrienwohnung. MfG Fam. Meier

We had a nice stay in this lovely villa with a view! The view is on the sea and on the mountains. The house is very spaceous and very well decorated. The kids enjoyed all the lego in the house and the big pool outside. We hope to come here again one day.

Nous avons adoré nos vacances dans votre villa. La maison etait parfaite, tous y etait pour nous faciliter la vie et avoir un confort plus qu optimal. La terrasse top, la piscine exeptionnelle et cette vue... j ai du mal a trouver le mot adequat : feerique ca en mettait plein les yeux. Nous avons adore notre séjour et passé une semaine de reve. The house is wonderful. It is modern, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. It has a lovely pool and incredible views of Cap Cerbere. Even though the temperatures got up to 36 deg.C some days, the house remained comfortable because of the lovely breeze coming off the sea.

Grandioser Ausblick auf Mittelmeer und Bergküste. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig gestaltet, luxuriös offener Wohn- Essbereich mit riesigen Glasfenstern. Im oberen Bereich sind drei Veranden, eine nach vorne zum Mittelmeer, eine ausgestattete Barbecue Lounge seitlich (mit Meerblick) und eine hintere mit Blick Richtung spanische Küstenlandschaft. Ein Pool mit großer Liegefläche und ausreichend vielen schönen Holzliegen befindet sich auf der unteren Veranda. Die komplette Ausstattung ist hochwertig, sehr geschmackvoll und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die himmlische Ruhe kam gratis oben drauf. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und den Verwaltern war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und flott. Ein ganz tolles Urlaubserlebnis.

Der Blick auf das Meer, die tolle Einrichtung, die perfekt ausgestattete Küche, der Pool - alles war einfach toll! In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Städtchen zu entdecken, ob auf der französischen oder spanischen Seite. Wir sind auch viel gewandert und haben einige Buchten entdeckt, die wir in der Nebensaison ganz für uns allein hatten! Leckere Restaurants, toller Wein - einfach ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! ruime woning, goed uitgeruste keuken, rustige ligging in een niet toeristisch gedeelte. Als je bereid bent wat te rijden voor inkopen en sightseeing, hiking, is dit een prachtige locatie. Gastheer te vertrouwen. Het was een eer om hier te verblijven.

Quand on arrive, il faut monter !!! Quand on est en haut, on est récompensé, la vue est superbe. La maison est bien orientée ce qui fait qu'il y a toujours un petit coin d'ombre. Tout est impeccable, accueil chaleureux, maison moderne trés grande. Nous étions 4 plus un enfant de presque 3 ans, beaucoup de place. La piscine est bien au rendez vous, fraiche surtout s'il y a du vent. Le fait qu'elle soit sur un niveau séparé compense le relatif manque de protection (pas de couverture ou de barrière), n'a pas posé de problème avec le petit. Chemin de promenade dans la montagne derrière la maison, en 5 minutes on est en pleine nature. Aller à Cerbère nécessitera de prendre la voiture (a moins d'avoir des mollets d'acier) . En résumé, tout est conforme à l'annonce, les photos représentent bien la maison. Nous recommandons !!!
