Property is not at all equipped with latest required maintenance facilities. and staff are not trained. The Room rates are very much higher side as compared to services provided.

Overpriced for the services provided. Had no welcome drinks or atleast water for a person checking in. The room was a non smoking room and found cigarette buds in the room. Lights were not in good condition. Had no jet in faucet. When ordered for drinks they had no drinks available . Minibar was empty.

We had booked 03 Rooms from 18 to 19 Aug. All rooms were having smell of smoking . When we checked IN , and entered in rooms , it was full of smell of smoking . Though , smoke detectors are placed , still it seems that guests are smoking . Strictly smoking should be prohibited. Secondly , For making tea , coffee , kettles for hot water area not placed.

I can only hope that you read the one star reviews before you booked this place (which I didn't) because it is exactly what you will get. I booked Rajshree because of the good reviews but upon reviewing them believe most of them are false. Here's how it went for us. We turned up very early in the morning off a train. While waiting in the lobby someone was coughing and hacking insanely. It sounded disgusting and disturbed my wife which the staff noticed. They went to tell the guy who was obviously sick to be quiet and he then came out of the bathroom and went straight into the kitchen. They then gave us our keys so we proceeded to the not so nice elevator. We exited onto our floor and it was pitch black. No lights at all in the corridor. We had to feel our way to our room which took a while. Having to exit in an emergency at night would be very scary. Our room was not clean. It wasn't that they had forgotten to clean but just that whoever cleans it is very lazy and does a very bad job. There was also exposed wiring in the room. We felt we had been completely mislead and that it was a dangerous place to stay so we left. The management begged us to stay and tried to make excuses but eventually agreed with everything we pointed out because it was impossible to explain away. The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that they refunded us but they really need to put some effort into cleaning the place up.

It is clear that this hotel was once in a much better condition. Maintenance and Housekeeping are lacking at this property. the staff were nice, friendly, and helpful and the Dining area was also nice. The hotel location could be a bit better, but it wasn't the worst. Everything overall was good, but more care needs to be taken to make repairs and perform detailed cleanings in the rooms. This hotel could easily go back to a much higher rating with some TLC.

Room key not provided till the end of my stay even after two time reminder, wrong info of location from airport , cheap mattress and dirty furniture..

Hotel is situated in a quiet and decent area but close to Chandigarh's best Mall, which is a 15 min walk. Rooms were spacious, bathroom fairly good. Sumptuous Indian breakfast but could be more for western style. Staff were very helpful. Room clean and neat.

Location of the hotel from the railway station is good. Rooms were neat and clean. Services were good during our stay of one night.

Need more cleaning , surrounding neighborhood was disturbing . Room service and food is good , staff service was good, cleaning service was not consistent . Towel was wash but it was not white , its looks like wear out . All saff was very helpfull and they did great service .

Location was good, breakfast was good but the cleaniness was very very poor, lobby glasses were as if they are cleaned from diwali to diwali, artificial flowers kept in the lobby were with dust accumulated and the passage outside the room are not cleaned or swiped, otherwise rest was good and advisable for transit only.

Location wise , being walking distance to two latest/modern Malls is distinct advantage. Very receptive accommodative management was a big advantage making our 2 days stay very good.

Nous avons été contrainte de changer cinq fois notre chambre pour de multiples causes . ( chambre très sale; L'un des chambres avait pas de rideau sur la baignoire ; d'autres chambres n'avaient pas de protection sur la pompe d'inspiration du jacuzzi ; le sèche-cheveux fait des étincelles; Des serviettes salle avec des taches ; la clim fait office d'un tableau !!! H.S. ; Des éclairages plafonnier sans protection; Etc... ) je déconseille vivement cet hôtel à moins qu'ils change leurs politique de gérer les chambres.

The room was not cleaned properly, fan noice really disturbed alot. Towels was in bad shape . Staff should learned how to deal with the cutomers.

The hotel is not at all as it looks in the pictures. To begin with, cleanliness of the rooms was not upto the mark. A.C. did not cool beyond a certain temperature. In between there was an electricity failure for about 15min; and to our surprise the hotel which claims to be 3 star did not have any back up. Our room was supposed to be honeymoon suite, but it was not even close to what we had seen in photos. Bathroom showers were very slow, so was tap in the bathroom. No wonder it took us 2hrs to fill the bath tub. There was no jacuzzi as the hotel had claimed. Complains to management yielded no response. What was surprising that even basic things like milkshakes and ice creams were not available inspite of being mentioned in the menu. For our every order, we had to remind the room service twice. Even the person who came to collect our luggage during check out came after 45 min and reminding twice. Luckily we were checking out early, else we would have missed our flights. They provide with only 3 sugar cubes when you order tea or coffee, so if you want extra sweetner, you have to contact room service and wait for another half an hour. Overall a pathetic experience, wont recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is new hotel and facilities are not fully operational, food is ok, need to improve a lot on the breakfast , the quality , the spread and the service.parking fascility has to be for drive in guests.
