We feel that the representation of the facility was deceiving. Nowhere that we saw in the details did it say the town house was on 3 levels. The photo of the steps in the town house looked much different from what they are-steep and narrow. We were missing a few items: paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent (a few days after arrival we found a plastic container on a high shelf that had a mixture of liquid & powder pods all stuck together with liquid in the bottom), and ice-our host told me to put some water in a container and put it in the freezer!! There were no containers so I put water in ziplock bags that we brought from home & froze it.What VRBO doesn’t have ice? Or at least ice trays! Our host responded promptly, but didn’t answer all questions in the text, when there were several. The lighting in the living area is very poor, couldn’t find the volume on the tv remote until we got our flashlight out. It was on the side, but not obvious. Here are a few of the suggestions I had for our host:We have not seen/found a House Manual. Also, fyi, the ceiling light in lower level hall at the garage door was blinking when we turned it on Tuesday. Now it is very dim. The light on the microwave does not work. The kitchen sink disposal has no stopper which is a safety issue. Just some observations. Thank youWe were disappointed in the VRBO
