Located at the intersection of Neil Ave and 9th Ave, this apartment is very conveniently located at a walking distance from the OSU buildings, Weiner Medical Center and the School of Nursing. Newly renovated, with 2 queen bedrooms and a nice bathroom with a glass and tiled shower. The spacious living room is furnished with dining set and classic real wood furniture, offering a cozy atmosphere. All utilities included for short term stays, including WiFi. Two tandem parking spots included in the rent.
