Located 25 minutes from the beach and 1 hour from the mountains, here is a magnificent detached villa of 130m2 of living space on 1000m2 of land in a very quiet residential area.
3 bedrooms with 140 cm beds, 1 bedroom with 160 cm beds.
2 bathrooms (one with walk-in shower and one with bath).
Large welcoming kitchen and dining room and a large living room with breathtaking views of the Canigou.
A terrace to the south ideal for breakfast and another covered and furnished with plancha and barbecue behind, at the edge of a magnificent swimming pool 10mx5m with salt in an enclosed, green and isolated setting.
Ideal for family vacations.
Bed sheets and towels included.
