Family house De Nachtdijk can be rented in its entirety for a maximum of 16 guests. You have 5 bedrooms with their own bathroom, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. If the weather is less, the large play and chill loft is available with table tennis, table football, pool table, shuffleboard and Twister. On the large terrace you can enjoy the sun and the beautiful view of the Kromme Rijnstreek landscape with the whole family or group of friends.
If you rent the entire property, you can bring your own drinks, breakfast, etc. We rent the house on the basis of self-catering.

A holiday home in Utrecht heated by solar energy
The luxurious rooms with their own bathroom, the view, the spacious terraces and the possibility to take a good look at the sheep give your stay a pleasant experience. A bedroom is wheelchair friendly. The group accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 16 people. The holiday farm is completely CO2 neutral and is heated with solar energy, the electricity comes from solar panels. The kitchen has all the amenities and you can all sit down at the table. Delicious eating together, watching TV and lighting the wood stove for cozy warmth. There are 5 bedrooms with box spring beds that can be connected as single or double beds, all with their own sanitary facilities (rain shower, toilet, washbasin). One bedroom is suitable for the disabled (see room layout). The kitchen can also be used as a meeting location. Upstairs is a 2nd living room with a large chill attic. This large space can be reached via a bedroom. Outside is a large terrace with tables, chairs and a few sun beds, with a possibility for BBQ, a field for sports and you can walk into the meadow to the sheep. The lambs are born in the spring and if you are lucky you can experience a birth.
A day trip to the Utrechtse Heuvelrug to walk together in the woods
There are many walking and cycling routes in the immediate area. In the spring the blossom route and the cherry festival are a big draw and in the fall the harvest festival and the apple picking day attract many visitors. The Heuvelrug with beautiful forests and heaths is a few kilometers away. If you want to visit a city, you can choose from Wijk bij Duurstede, Utrecht or Amersfoort, also for shopping, a museum visit or a city walk.
