“Nice property. Short walk to the chair lift.”

“Fantastic location. Easy access to slopes and Main St. View from property is beautiful. My only critique would be the low quality bathroom kit (enough for one person to shower once) and the towels should be upgraded (they are pretty rough). I would definitely consider staying at this property again. Thank you!”

The amenities provided were thoughtful and catered to all our needs, from the fully equipped kitchen for our morning breakfasts to the comfortable beds that were a welcome sight after a day of adventures. The added convenience of having a dedicated parking spot and ski storage was the icing on the cake, making our stay smooth and hassle-free.”

“The condo is small and basic but who goes to Breckenridge to stay inside? Very close to so many running/hiking/biking trails. Close to downtown. Easy access with the underground parking garage. There were some signs the condo wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, though. Candy wrappers under the bed, dead flies or bees in the carpet, the pillows didn’t have big enough cases and they were grungy. But overall it was fine for a short stay.”

“Great spot. The buildings are definitely dated but ski in/out, locker for ski storage, hot tubs and proximity to downtown WAY outweighed that.”

“We had a great experience. The room is exactly as photographed. It is essentially in a hotel. The lift is literally right out back. The communication was instant, which is good. My only issue was the parking. We rented a vehicle because the listing states that parking is available. It does not say parking is not guaranteed. So we parked at a near by lot for $20/night (the ice rink lot). you are able to leave the car there for up to 14 days. However, I wish they stated in the actual listing……

“Just as described, I loved that it was truly ski-in and ski-out. And we could walk all over town. Very comfortable. Will book again definitely.”

“Location is pretty good. Very close to hot tubs. A little walk to run/lift area but not bad. Close enough to walk to downtown. Unit is a little older but no complaints. Unit was clean when we arrived.”

“The unit is a great unit for two couples or a small family. Unit kitchen was prepared with all the things needed to eat in. Location was perfect right by quicksilver lift with only a 3 min walk to the chair. Would recommend this unit. Only issue we had was the shower drain was a bit clogged and didn’t drain well when trying to take a shower.”

“Everything was very nice. It would have been nice if the smart TV would allow you to connect to your own accounts such as Netflix, Apple TV etc. Only had limited channels. Also the images of the pool were misleading. The pool is not on site and is an indoor/outdoor pool. Only small part is indoor. Sean the shuttle driver and the women bartender were the nicest staff.”

“This was our second stay at this property. My kids were very excited when they realized we had stayed here before. We are already planning next year's visit to Breck.”

“As represented. Easy folks to work with. Can see snowflake lift from window, about 20 feet away. Easy walk to lift and to town. Note: you don’t ski to the lift but it is an easy and short walk. Maybe 50 yards. Nice, well lit, parking garage and ski storage. Would stay here again.”

“Few things Sink faucet did not want to turn off Both bedroom tv did not work (management did take care of it) Larger bedroom shower faucet was stripped A few of the cooking pans should be tossed out due to cooking damage and handles falling off And with all being said we loved the convenience and the management staff were fantastic”
