The photos do not do this fabulous holiday home justice. Loads of room and fantastic facilities. Clean and homely and stunning views. Loved it and would go back in a heart beat.

Such a beautiful cottage set overlooking an orchard, which had pregnant yews in. Lovely to wake up & see them each morning. Cottage was clean, beds very comfortable, had everything we needed. Plenty of room for us all including 2 dogs. They had run of the fields. Hosts were very friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here, we had lovely Xmas & would love to go back in the summer to see more livestock.

A great family holiday in a lovely quiet rural location. The host was great and very helpful. The girls loved the farm tour and Duke the dog. Great local pub for food and drink. Overall, a great time and would definitely go back.

Quiet and peaceful setting, ideally suited for visiting the East Devonshire coast and countryside. Warm welcome and lovely cottage. We enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing week in August. The cottage was beautiful and provided a most conveninet base from which we could explore all areas of Devon. We were the first people in since lockdown and thought the cottage was brilliant. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The cottage has everything you need, ideal for families, a good feeling of home from home. Orchard View Barn is ideally situated for amenities and for day trips out. Lovely barn conversion plenty of room our party was of four adults one child. Very comfortable and clean, owner pleasant and helpful, very quiet location. We enjoyed our stay only wished we could have stayed longer.

The cottage was just what we were looking for. It was fairly remote, however we were within a short driving distance of the nearest pub and shop. The cottage was extremely well equiped and was spotless. The owner was welcoming. Seeing the lambs in the field was the icing on the cake. Can really recommend Orchard View Barn to anyone.
