Very sorry to inform that during my 2 nights stay ,I had to change5 rooms.room n each room had Ac problem,bathroom problem.maintainance problem.I also felt the restaurant services are also not good this time.I have been staying in this hotel many times but this time was horrible.

such a grim place!
The hotel is really difficult to find. Our driver struggled for at least 20 minutes to find it, cruising around the neighbourhood. The receptionist tried to charge us more for the half night than the actual price of the room was, and was really rude to us when we refused. We were initially given a room with a dirty bed linen, and the staff made a big fuss when we asked for a different one. Do not stay there! There are plenty of other hotels around!

La posizione era buona e tranquilla anche affollata Karol Bagh area dei negozi. Le camere moderne e pulite. Il servizio era eccezionale e il personale era disponibile e cordiale. x la prima colozaione accontentatevi di un buon ciai e toast e marmellata, non avendo trovato nessuno all'aereoporto per problemi di e mail, arrivato all Hotel con taxi prepagato che mia hanno rimborsato.

the pick up car had trouble so they covered the prepay taxi, the room was comfortable for a budget hotel.location is great very convenient to shopping. computers in lobby for use. breakfast is skimpy but a convenience.clean rooms.

At first, I asked this hotel airport pick-up,and I recomformed sometimes. but when I arrived at airport,hotels driver didn't appear. so I called this hotel,hotel-man said "you'll wait 30minutes in airport". I wait after 30minutes,but driver didn't appear again. so I called again this hotel,hotel-man said "you'll go to my hotel by yourself". "if you'll ride on pre-paid taxi,we refound taxi fee". I feel this hotel isso so rude. secondly, tommorow I asked this hotel airport drop-off by phone. because I was in outside. and I reserved early morning flight the next day. hotel man said "I can arrenge your airport drop-off.you should come lobby at 3:30AM". In the next day,I wait at lobby from 3:30AM to 3:45AM for airport drop-off. but nobody comming,only wild-dog comming. I think I can't trust this hotel,so I cought rickshaw by myself. and I go to airport in so cold early morning. Finaly,I could use hot-shower in this hotel.almost hot-water didn't come in night-time. but this hotel has a good point,Thing that the Internet can be used. only just one.

Avoid this place if you want some peace
For starters, the rooms smell of wet carpet. This hotel is just so busy that getting good service is an achievement. Hordes of travellers descend on the place and the staff are too busy to provide even basic amenities in the room. We had two beds but just one towel and one blanket! They falsely claim that there's WIFI in the rooms. Even the WIFI near the reception is of terrible quality. Another claim is that there is a breakfast buffet. If you consider stale bread and half boiled eggs as a breakfast then you'd be happy. Their manager Sandeep Gupta is very helpful but he is nothing but a one-man army. The rest of the staff are thoroughly useless. I would rather spend a little more money and stay in a better place.
