Beautiful view

Very nice and safe property. Gorgeous views of the HarborWalk and the gulf. Very clean and convenient to everything. Only downfall was construction going on in tower 2 and beside us.

Great location and nice property.

Great property, nice and clean! The property doesn’t have ocean access just beach access but we knew that when we booked. There is a small public beach to the right of the property that was close enough to walk.

Enjoyed our stay

It was our first time vacationing in Destin and we enjoyed everything about our stay. The location of our property was great and the condo was clean and what we needed. The only downside was there was a lot of construction and outside noise from the property and park next to us. Otherwise, it was great and highly recommend.

Arriving at night it was a little hard to find. GPS was no help. But once we found it, we enjoyed our stay. Weather was cold but rain stopped. We saw dolphins near condo on Gulf side. Loved the balcony view day and night!

20 year Anniversary

Overall the condo was great- lots of codes to remember to get access to the various gates. The Hot-tub was under repair till the end of the week- It could use a new motor the jets are pretty weak. The location is overall pretty good- Access to the beach we wish was a little better- The public beach next door is very nice it's just a little walk to get to it.. I guess based on the pictures we thought it was a littel easier. Not a big deal- the patio is the best part of the condo- We spent most of our time at the condo out there- great views and taking in all the activity in the harbor. Overall a good visit and would come back- loved Destin and the surrounding areas.

Holiday Isle 207

The condo itself was very clean and had a great view of the Harbor and Boardwalk. The condo, owners and management company were all flawless, the condo grounds and maintenance were not. The supposed heated pool was not heated and it is closed for the winter. The hot tub is very small and was also OOS during our 1 month stay. BBQ grills OOS also and never did get repaired. There is a serious and annoying disconnect between the Tower 1 and Tower 2 HOA groups and the owners and renters! Tower 1 has basic amenities while tower 2 gets pampered. They have under building parking but only allow owners to use it. Most spots set empty while the majority of people have to park outside. The owners have a seperate pool with padded loungers and tower 1 is hard plastic! It’s one complex that is pretty much divided due to HOA BS. Maintenance needs replaced they aren’t knowledgeable at anything other than dumping trash and painting

We absolutely loved staying in this condo! I would recommended it to anyone with little children. My kids loved the pool and the beach (that is private to the condo) it’s quite in the area and just what we was looking for!

Not a good experience !

No heat for 3 days,leak in ceiling of bathroom, hot water was cold and cold was hot no notes to tell us that when doing laundry or any where. At one point no heat,electric or water!

Property was beautifull although i felt lied to in pictures it seemed like there were 3 pools on the property but there wasnt and access to the beach was not easily accessible at all

Disappointed

The Real Joy team was great at communicating, however, the condo that was advertised as unit 207 did not adequately depict the condo that we stayed in. They also advertise 2 pools, however, the 2nd pool belongs to Tower 2 and that was for private owners and we were not allowed to swim there. The beach access to Noriego point was blocked off from the condo property by a locked gate, so you have to walk off of the property to access this. The coffee pot was broken, the toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was loose, the TV in the queen bedroom would not connect to wi-fi to save my life. The kitchen was stocked just barely enough for the 2 of us 50ish women, however, there's no way there are enough dishes to try to cook a decent meal for the family. All in all, we had a decent time.

Nice Place, Quiet Location

We enjoyed our stay! The location was convenient, fabulous, good views, and very quiet. It was probably the week we were there, but we had the pool mostly to ourselves. The unit is a little older but fairly well maintained overall. Great communication from the renter with easy check in and check out processes.

Beach vacation

When we got there, we were disappointed because the hotel in no way overlooks the shore of the beach. The pictures were deceiving making it look like the beach was right there, but it’s not. when we wanted to go to the beach, we had to go somewhere else. overall we really had a great vacation, we enjoyed seeing the boardwalk from across the patio .

Nice Location, Layout of Space, Beautiful View

We really enjoyed our stay here. The layout of the unit was spacious, with plenty of room for the four of us. I was worried about the cleanliness after seeing some reviews, but I had no issues, thought it was just fine. My favorite part is its location on Holiday Isle, the O’Steen Beach Trail, and Destin Harbor. We had so much fun watching the boats in the harbor. Definitely recommend, and I would also stay here again.

I honestly wish they would let me put up pictures. The location is great that’s it. This condo is absolutely disgusting. Stained furniture, shower stool for a side table, holes in the furniture. Slippery, floors whatever you do don’t go barefoot. It took the staff four days to clean up shattered glass due to a table breaking outside. There is no love for this building at all.

Great location

We really enjoyed the neighborhood around this condo - excellent for long walks on the beach or on the sidewalks! Quick access to the Gulf, too. The management company was very responsive to our inquiries, even when it was outside their control - major storms caused a power outage for almost 24 hours. The condo is really nice, just needs a major cleaning!

Fall Break

Everything was great other than the condo could use a deep clean. Master shower curtian has black mold growing all along the bottom of the out side curtain. The top of ths microwave, and fridge was so dusty/greasy. The seem strip in the guest rooms come up with really easy. My daughter caught her toe on it. Cleaners just simply need to take more time and attention to detail. I have photos of the curtian if you would like them. We was unaware there was construction. Otherwise we loved our stay. Also, it would be good tonhave like a general code for all. Not one for the gate,public gate,elevator, pool,beach. Hard to remember them all or simply install card readers one over all code.
