We were in town for a basketball tournament at the convention center. The location of the house was convenient for the tournament and everything else we wanted to do. The beds were surprisingly comfortable.

My wife and I are in our 70s. We brought along our office staff, including a child as young as four years old. Jordan‘s place and his communication skills were wonderful! It is clear from all of this set up and all of his communication that he and his partner absolutely love catering to out of town visitors. I wish all landlords and hosts were as on the ball, communicative, caring, and well prepared as he is.All five of us thank you deeply for a wonderful time at your lovely place, including a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, lovely, lighting, very safe neighborhood and wonderful, caring communication!

I had to get a place for a couple of days because I was doing renovations on my home and found this place and we all loved it. The place is great, clean and the owner responds quickly . I’d do it again . Great experience

The house was spacious for my 3 boys and myself. And clean. The biggest reason we rented this house was for the pool. Unfortunately, the heater and pump were not working when we got there. After messaging the property manager a couple times, they did send someone out to fix it. Not sure if it was completely fixed afterward, but my boys and I were able to swim and really enjoyed it. The hot tub was not hot enough for us to use. Lots to do in that area! Close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

House was clean, beds were comfortable, pool area was very private with lots of sun but yet shade under the tiki roof. Tv under the tiki roof by pool was a bonus. Grocery store, Drug store and car rental all with in an easy walk from the property. Beach is a short drive. Paper goods were a little shy, had to buy toilet paper and fill the propane tank before i could grill but overall a good place to stay

We came for our daughter's surprise engagement and then had a dinner party at the property after. It has a perfect central location. Had all the amenities with space in the kitchen. Backyard fun. Eating space and sleepong arrangements. We were also able all use our t.v. and one out doors for music. Exceptional communication when we had questions. We will stay again

Our original rental cancelled on us 1 hour before we checked in. Karla and Matt were so amazing and accommodating to our last minute needs. The pool and hot tub (and back yard in general) are a luxury. We had friends and family during our stay and had plenty of room. My only complaint … we needed more coffee mugs! We had 5 coffee drinkers and 4 mugs so the last one up had to wash one out!! Otherwise what ever you needed was there - plenty of towels linens and dish ware (although we ate dinner out each night!) Location to beach and downtown were perfect.

4 friends came to town for golf and football…this place was perfect! Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Property owners were very quick and responsive to communication. Would recommend to anyone with 4 people to stay here!
