We booked this last minute for our family of five over spring break and it was so perfect. The condo was super clean, had almost everything we needed (could have used a pan in the kitchen to cook) including books, games, movies! Will definitely book this one again!

We stayed one night in this condo as an add-on to our trip at Waterscape. It is beautiful, comfortable, so super clean, and has everything you need. You do still get a view of the ocean and if you know what to expect it isn’t disappointing. In my opinion, the interior makes it worth the limited beach view. We would absolutely stay here again. The cleaning team is doing an outstanding job and it couldn’t have been any easier to book through Vacasa.

We really enjoyed our stay here and the condo was nice. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the TV’s were updated with all apps which was great for the kids! My only feedback would be there was an obnoxious noise coming from the intake vent above the master shower. It woke me up and we finally had to keep the bathroom door closed all the time to not hear it. Some kind of knocking noise. Also, maybe invest in some non-stick pans. Cooking eggs in stainless steel is painful even with spray and butter.

This unit was perfect for our trip. Everything about check in was conveyed prior to our arrival so we went right in upon arrival. It was so clean in the room when we got there. There was a basic set up of dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels and some toilet paper. Make sure to bring your own beach towels and accessories. Our son (4) loves the pools. There is a kids pool with a slide and a zero entry area on the big pool. The lazy river was a lot of fun as well. There are activities throughout the week, such as a scavenger hunt, dj, tattoos, and a very funny pirate show. The whole place is very family friendly, with lots of kids. This unit is centrally located in the building half way between the beach and parking structure. The pool is just an elevator ride away. We had such a great time on our trip. We hope to be back again and to stay in this unit.

The resort was wonderful as always, but the condo had issues. Despite contacting Vacas twice we did not have a working can opener, the stove doesn’t work at temperature, and the dryer didn’t dry clothes well. Being diabetic, meals were carefully planned. Mistakes happen, but it’s inexcusable to have the rental agency (Vacasa) take no steps to fix any of the problems. We also had to call and text to get gate codes. The texts were obviously not handled locally with a foreign language speaker answering, who said they’d forward issues to the local team. We’ve never had an issue at Waterscapes before.

View of the ocean was better than anticipated (but you have to overlook a dumpster to one direction). Pool and beach were close and easy to walk to. Chairs and umbrella was appreciated at the beach. Hard to find a chair at the pool.

This is our second time at this resort and first in this room. It was very clean when we arrived. The views aren't bad. You can still see the ocean from afar, but we knew that when we booked. The room is right next to the elevator which is very convenient. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the kitchen was a little lacking with some supplies- bigger skillets (only had 1 six inch skillet) and no grilling supplies. We are a large family, and we cooked most of our meals. We made it work with what we had. Overall, it was still a wonderful vacation. Our kids had a great time. We will definitely come back!

Condo is perfect access for beach. Pool is set up very nice for kids and families to enjoy. Our room was very cozy and clean and staff was very friendly. If you get up early and request your umbrella and chairs its perfect to relax on beach. We enjoyed our family of 5 stay for the week!

This condo was so clean with simple decor. We come to waterscape every year this has been our favorite! They had it stocked with family friendly games which was amazing! Love, love, LOVED it!
