不滿：設施服務和住宿狀況
Cute, overpriced and yet felt contrived. shabby paint job, junk piled up outside - felt like a half- witted experience. instead of a full effort it felt tired and not well thought out. first the address had a 3 that looked like a 5 because the number was falling off. when we arrived no sign or indication it was the correct place we felt nervous unlocking someone's gate to enter, how simple the email/text could explain this? we had to dump our own garbage but a house cleaner is cleaning up? bought by out of staters- Austin people expect more for our dollar thanks, i would try somewhere else this didn't have any cute artwork or charm - felt like someone one trying to make a quick buck off of Texas

We enjoyed every minute of our Eclipse 2024 weekend here. The Texas hill country is beautiful and this property is right in the middle of it. The many bird songs in the morning with a cup of coffee in hand sitting on the front porch cannot be beat.

Would not recommend

It wasn’t worth the money. Smaller than expected, Wi-Fi was horrible so we couldn’t watch TV, only 1 TV even though they advertised 2, no winery nearby even though advertised, no hairdryer until I bought one, a window that wouldn’t close in the bathroom. Positives were that it was updated, comfybed, nice bathroom, pretty scenery but only one chair on deck, quiet until the neighbors came home from partying, good communication from owner.

Not so chic, but comfortable.

Electrical outlets in bathroom did not work Outside lights for stairway did not work Picture’s obviously taken with wide angle lens, as the place is not nearly as big as it looks in the photos. Very sparse and basic, no frills. No artwork on walls, no storage space for clothing, etc. except small cabinet in bath that was filled with towels, blankets, etc. The ad said it had been totally remodeled, but no attention to detail in finishes (paint on light switches, shower tile, etc., outside porch outlet had no cover, kitchen faucet mounting very loose, kitchen cabinet door below sink hanging. The quiet & solitude in the country was nice, but noisy neighbors in adjacent house rental and a 15 minute or so drive to town.
