Cleanliness was a big problem. Floors were dirty. An old stove, few glasses, blunt knives and worn out saucepans and fry pan. Lounge suite worn out and faded. Carpets worn out and dirty. Toilet doors soiled around handles. Location under the flight path of busy Coolangatta international airport so very noisy Beautiful beach and ocean view and easy beach access
