On the outskirts, 1.5 km from the centre of Gravedona ed Uniti, 400 m from the lake, 400 m from the beach. For shared use: large garden. Private: barbecue. 650 m long narrow motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 550 m, supermarket 750 m, restaurant 650 m, bar 800 m, bus stop 600 m, ferry "Imbarcadero Dongo" 2.5 km, pebble beach "Lido di Gravedona", outdoor swimming pool 650 m. Surf school 700 m, tennis 850 m, cycle lane 400 m. Nearby attractions: Palazzo Gallio 2 km, Chiesa Santa Maria del Tiglio 1 km, Chiesa Santa Maria delle Grazie 2 km. Tolles Haus in der Nähe des Comer Sees

Das Haus war super, gut eingerichtet. Genug Besteck, Geschirr und Kochutensilien vorhanden. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Wenn etwas nicht passte, wurde dies umgehend behoben. Sehr nette Vermieterin, ruhige Bewohner vom Rest des Hauses. Der See ist fußläufig in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in relativer Nähe zum Haus ( ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß). Gravedona konnte man bequem zu Fuß erreichen.
