“Close walk to the beach. For wedding venues its a 13 minute walk to Monet Monet. Everything we needed was in the house . Well supplied bathrooms and kitchen. Super clean. ”

“I recently stayed here for a week with my family and our stay couldn't have been better. the location is absolutely perfect. A very short walk to the beach as well as Chiringos and Red Bar made this the ideal spot. the place was well furnished, clean, and had everything we needed. the management staff was super responsive via text and really saught to make sure we had a good stay. It must be said that the walls to the neighbor duplex are a little thin and you can hear people walking next……

“Property was better than advertised, home is new and in great condition. Golf cart and bikes were provided and were well used during our week. Only two minor issues, construction is still taking in the neighborhood, nothing terrible, but men working on a house next to the pool. I have to say, they did not interfere with our trip or the experience with the property . Parking was limited to two vehicles, so keep that in mind if you have a larger group. We certainly enjoyed our time in Grayton……
