The first few nights were fine. It's quiet, comfortable, and clean. There's nothing nearby so you either have to bring your meals or pay extra to have food delivered. I can understand why some of the reviews complained about the furnishings being dated, but I couldn't care less about that, they're clean and comfortable. The "nature view" wasn't quite what I hoped for, and that was disappointing. However, my real issue was with the beetles that ended up in my bed the last two nights. I don't know where they came from, but I didn't sleep at all the last night after finding an insect crawling all over me. The VIP benefit wasn't honored and they didn't acknowledge my birthday (I wasn't looking for freebies, it's just nice to be seen). Overall, I give them a C+

We had a very nice stay. It is reasonably priced with a lot of availability. Our unit was clean, the staff was friendly, and the resort fee was minimal. Very close to all of the amenities in the Berkshires. We would definitely stay here again. I think this would be a great place for families.

I work for a cleaning company and the one that they use isn’t cleaning the rooms they’re doing a quick special. We had dirty sticky counters and dirty floors. Other than that it was great. The beds were pretty clean. I think the pools may be salt water there’s no sign to say so but it was salty and off putting when you’re not expecting it. And if they aren’t salt pools, then there is an issue. Other than that we had fun and would stay again in the future.

This is more like renting a small condo, though I booked it as a "hotel room". Lots of families, plenty for them to do on premises, barbeque pits, activities, multiple pools and water features for the kids. It is a massive development at the foot of a ski resort in rural Western Massachusetts. The prices were extremely reasonable. The proximity to all of the things that attract many people to the Berkshires is a challenge: 40 minutes to Stockbridge, 35 - 40 minutes to Tanglewood. 20 -25 minutes to the Clark. I could go on but you get the idea. It's isolated, but because it's a development, it's not bucolic. Unfortunately, there's not even a general store nearby (within several miles). The facilities could use a facelift or a deep cleaning (the latter would really suffice). So, if you read this far and decided that this review is too negative.... read on. It gets better. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Coffee available in the lobby in the morning. Everywhere we looked, there were happy families enjoying a reasonably-priced vacation. The accommodations were spacious, even the one bedroom unit we were in had plenty of room (okay, the terraces seem like an afterthought!). Two TVs, full countertop cooking facilities and a microwave, a full size fridge. One set of little hotel shampoos, conditioner and soap provided, full linen service provided. Extremely reasonably priced and that made it a tremendous value for the dollar. So book it!

The property is lovely. It is clean, well kept. The amenities are wonderful. The indoor and outdoor pool areas are very nice. There are barbecue areasas well. The condo accommodations are simple but quite adequate. There is an EV charging station on site. That was greatly appreciated! I had a relaxed stay t in the Berkshire Mtns.
