The second bathroom is huge and has been additionally fitted as a laundry. It includes a vanity and WC. There is a third hot water shower outside which is perfect for rinsing off after the beach. The garage extension is a great games room. It has undercover access to rear deck, is fully carpeted and is perfect as a rumpus room for teenagers, parties and entertaining. (Please note all vehicles are to be parked on the paving in front of the garage). The vast, sunny private back yard and lawn area has matured gum trees and is fully enclosed by a 6' hardwood fence with gated access on either side of the home. Front and back yards are landscaped with scores of native flowering trees and shrubs.
