2BR Super Condo near Ben Thanh market

The aparment is ours, accomodate up to 5 guests. We are experienting short term sharing like Airbnb and we have been hosting over 100 guests from Australia, USA, England, Germany, Thailand, Myanamar, Austria, India, Canada, France, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Arab Saudia, Taiwan, Korea, China. We love the feeling that our place keep guests happy and comfortable when visiting our beaufiful city.
The location is probably the best in Saigon. It takes 5 min walking to the Ben Thanh market (Ben Thanh market is about 150 m from the building, and we have direct view of the market from all windows). Many guests love walking around the city center to the fine art museum (5 min), the war museum (30 min), the reunification palace (20 min), the bustling backpacker street (Bui Vien, 10 min).
We are next to a very large park and it is excellent place to see local people. I love jogging in the park in the morning.
There are several popular restaurants, fast food and cafes around. I strongly recommend Tous Les Jours for a warm coffee and cakes in the morning. There are plenty of seats on the 1st floor. Di Mai restaurant in our building is good for traditional cuisines from the central Vietnam.
Some guests concern about security which is not an issue in our building because we have several bank branches on the ground floor, and it is generally safe in District 1.
The location is excellent. The facilities in the apartment is just like what you have at home, large TV, hot bath, full kitchen, sound system.
