Property is off the beaten path from downtown Saugatuck but quiet and clean. Breakfast was great.

Front desk person barely spoke or understood English seemed to be confused about everything took over 45 minutes to check. Only had 2 people in front of me one asked him a few questions he took 15 minutes to answer she walked away with no answers second customer was checkingin had reservation front desk took 30 minutes to check him in

The property is in need of updates, the shower water was cold in the morning and at night, and it was hard to sleep due to hearing other guests'. The man who checked me out challenged me about the water temperature, telling me I did not turn the faucet on properly, offering to take me back to the room and show me. He then called me about 15 minutes after I left to tell me my room had hot water! I will not be returning to this property.

The property and room were clean. We had a room with two queen beds, which also had a sofa bed, table with two chairs, a fridge and coffee maker. The only negatives were that the WIFI was terrible and the tv channel listings in the welcome book were completely outdated. We did not have the complementary breakfast as they stop serving at 9 a.m.

Breakfast was adequate, nothing special. Hotvwater for tea wasn't hot, biscuits were dry. No alternative milk options. Bathroom needs an exhaust fan. Beds were comfortable and staff was attentive when we needed help with AC and TV. Hotel was ok but vastly overpriced for an outdated property.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, it did not make up for the mattresses that squeaked, both of them, the spa and pool water that was murky, the tile around the spa had something on it. We wouldn't touch it to find out what it was. The tablecloth that was on the table with the coffee pots was filthy. The manager was short tempered and unfriendly. We will not be visiting there again.

The staff was friendly , the check in and check out was smooth. The free breakfast was adequate. The room was clean and comfortable, the a/c worked well. The entrance light in the room was burned out and the safety chain on the door was broke. The hotel needs an upgrade especially to the carpeting.

First quiet sleep we’ve had on our trip- after turning off the air conditioning the room was quiet. In other hotels you can still hear the noise of the air conditioning from adjacent rooms.
