So close to the beautiful Beach

Very quiet and private setting.....yet only 70 yards to the beach and you can also walk to Publix and some shops. Very clean and great management company. The unit has a great storage closet with bikes and goodies for the beach. This unit is also fully stocked with all the needs you could think of for the kitchen etc.

We enjoyed everthing about this place, perfect for a family of 4-6, condo is decorated nicely, and literally has everything you need! The storage closet downstairs has tons of beach stuff! The beach access is a short walk away and once you get to the beach its no big deal if you forgot something because its such a short walk. We will definitely be staying again! Another plus is the owners are outstanding and the nicest people ever!

Fabulous Girls Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful experience all around. The condo was immaculate and perfect for 3 adults (although it could fit 4 comfortably). One of our favorite things was if you have unopened items you can leave for the next people. We were welcomed with a fridge full of waters and tasty beverages. Bruce was excellent to work with and extremely responsive. We will be back next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved, loved, loved my stay at the Palms. I felt at home from the moment I stepped into the door ` which was my "AHHH" moment. The unit was clean, cozy and fully equipped ~ including the storage. It's located one block from the beach and retail shops, and the ice cream was an extra added treat! I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the unit again! Thanks Bruce and Bonnie (*-*)

Great location

Loved being so close to the beach, Publix, drugstore, & the Creperie, and it was really nice to not be on a busier street like Gulf Ave. Equipment closet on first floor with wagon, nice new chairs etc. was very convenient & appreciated. Great to have pool towels provided too. Kitchen needs a deep clean, and there were no serving dishes but overall was well-equipped for a short stay. Disappointed that complex l pool was not cleaned/better maintained, but still enjoyed sitting on the pool deck. Overall property was pretty clean, but my daughter & I both have pet allergies & you could tell that the couch & LR furniture was not deep-cleaned after recent long-term stays by pet owners. Helpful to have W/D in unit but location in master bedroom closet was awkward & left little room to store suitcases, shoes etc.

Storage shed has everything you need for the beach, including 2 bikes. Owners have thought of everything. They go above & beyond. We have stayed twice now and will be back again. Highly recommend!

We were worried since we arrived on a holiday, however, someone was out and the issue was resolved within 1 hour. We can't wait to go back.
