For check-in assistance outside of Aska Gateway's operating hours (9 am - 5 pm HST Monday through Friday) and on federal and state holidays, the check-in assistance fee is $200 (plus tax).
**There is a water shut-off scheduled in the building every second Tuesday of the month (9:00 am to 12:00 pm).

The Colony Surf condominium is located at the quiet end of Waikiki in the Gold Coast area. The Colony Surf building is located right on the beach, next to the Outrigger Canoe Club and across the street from Kapiolani Park. The building is close to the Honolulu Zoo and the Waikiki Aquarium. For a fine dining experience, visit the world-famous Michel’s fine dining restaurant located in the lobby of the Colony Surf. If you’re adventurous, take a short walk into the heart of Waikiki to enjoy shopping and dining. The unit features a modern, classic interior. Enjoy the beautiful view of Diamond Head, the Pacific Ocean, and the beach from the large, wide windows.
