Best Western Kisenbaru hotels

"This was a great experience. Thanks to the staff at the Club Lounge but in particular to Manui (not remembering his name completely) who suggested a room upgrade for my family (2 children). The room was great and we really enjoyed all 4 nights!!! The hotel is in great condition and having access to the Club Lounge for breakfast with my children. We only missed the opportunity to try several restaurants that for some reason were closed during our stay. "

"I’ve stayed in over 50 hostels, and the amenities at this one are at the absolute top of the list. They have regular rooms on the higher floors, and a hostel on the ground floor. The bunks are spacious, have plugs, a light, a small locker INSIDE them, and lots of shelving space. It’s very secure which is awesome for a hostel. The only downside is that they DON’T have regular sized lockers for larger bags/suitcases, which I do think is very important for a hostel to have. The provide simple toiletries, and towels are free. They have a full kitchen and food storage, as well as a small fridge INSIDE your room as well! At the front they’ve got some free drinks and snacks which is kind of them. Staff are friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend the hostel style rooms here! "

"Rooms are very large with cook top, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. Easy walk into town for restaurants and activities. Staff very helpful and friendly."

"The hotel grounds were amazing. We had a terrace room, that was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. We ate in most of the hotel's restaurants, and they were good but not great. Overall I would stay there again. "

"The room was dustless, staff were very nice helpful, and the breakfast buffet was worth it. Cons: water in public onsen had plenty of dead skin and pubic hair floating at 10pm. Hope it had an auto filter option. "
