The holiday apartment is exactly as described. The value for money is excellent. The host, José Luiz, is absolutely top-notch: always friendly and accommodating, responds quickly, proactively asks for suggestions for improvement that would make the stay even more enjoyable, and most importantly: implements them within a very short time, even if they are only minor things. We would love to come back!

It was sufficient

We stayed here for roughly 9 days, the host was very nice and communicated very fast and tried to help upon request. Checkin and checkout was easy enough, they even let us check-in slightly earlier than expected.The apartment's condition was alright, you could tell that the furniture was a bit dated but all listed amenities were available. Some of them were already broken or just about usable. The double bed was rather small and uncomfortable, it squeaked a lot which makes it harder to fall asleep on. The blankets that were provided were a bit questionable, maybe this is a cultural thing or something common given the usual warm weather in the Gran Canaries but we received blankets/duvets that were super thin - as if they were just bedsheets without the actual duvet. It was definitely weird to sleep with but was okay since it wasn't very cold. The walls are all very thin, you can almost always hear neighbors or even if people are speaking normally next door. The provided cookware wasn't good. The knives were all dull, the pans were scratched (non-stick coating was unusable because the teflon was getting off) and some of the kitchen utensils were already broken. It was nice that the place had a lot towels and a washing machine available. The two bathrooms also made the time much easier for our long stay and I really enjoyed the water pressure from the showers. All in all, I wouldn't use this again for a stay this long but I think this is a good option for a short stay e

Guanarteme är ett trevligt och genuint område.

Trevligt område centralt nära las Canteras. Lägenheten rymlig men , utrustad med det man behöver, sängar mindre bekväma och uteplatsen saknade utemöbler. Helhetsintrycket ändå bra. God kommunikation och snabb hjälp med småsaker från den som skötte kontakterna med oss. Förbättringspotential: Sängar och uteplats.vi hade en fin vistelse!

Der Vermieter hat super schnell auf Beschwerden reagiert und prompt Abhilfe geschaffen. Der Balkon war leider zum Sitzen nicht geeignet, da in einemHinterhofschacht gelegen. Einfache Ausstattung, aber ausreichend. Nah am Wasser und der Promenade mit diversen Geschäften und Restaurants.

Saubere kleine Unterkunft im Zentrum von Las Palmas

Vom Check in bis hin zum Check out komplikationslos. Strand war in 3 Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, auch die Küche. In der Umgebung waren kleine Geschäfte, Restaurants und Supermärkte. Mit dem Auto in 3 Minuten auf der Autobahn. Ebenso waren Parkplätze rund um die Unterkunft (max. 5 Min zu Fuß) vorhanden.

Très satisfait de ma location.

Très satisfait du logement qui est spacieux et bien aménagé. Une vraie cuisine, une court interieure pour faire sécher son linge ainsi qu'une machine à laver (idéal pour voyager léger !). Les échanges avec José et Mary ont toujours été fluides et nous les remercions pour leur disponibilité et leur flexibilité ! Für uns waren die 2 SZ und 2 BZ wichtig, dazu kann man auch im WZ auf der ausziehbaren Couch schlafen. Abstriche müssen gemacht werden, ja die eine Dusche ist winzig, Schlafcouch ist etwas durchgelegen etc. Wie gesagt Strandnah, 5 min zu Fuß, dennoch ruhig mit Innenterasse zum Wäscheaufhängen.

Leider steht nicht im Angebot, dass der Vermieter eine Kaution möchte...zudem waren leider die Betten nicht frisch bezogen und der Boden noch dreckig. Auch die Küchenausstattung war etwas spärlich.

Nice apartment for the price, beds could be more comfortable

In principle a very nice apartment. The contact with the host was very friendly and all our questions and concerns were answered quickly and to our complete satisfaction. The only negative point are the beds, that we found a bit uncomfortable, the sofa bed being in fact the most comfortable of all. The washing machine didn't work in the beginning, but was replaced by a new one during our stay. A baby seat was provided for free. Parking in a nearby garage costs 5 Euro per day (the space is a bit narrow, but ok). We had to leave a deposit of 100 Euro, which was returned upon departure. Altogether, this is a very nice flat for the price we paid (52 Euro per night in the winter). It would be worth a much higher price, if at least one of the beds were substituted. A part of Las Canteras beach is just 200m from the apartment, the nicer one a 20-30 minutes walk away. Thanks for the nice stay!
