- a second bedroom with a bunk bed (90 x 190 cm) and a double bed (140);
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a bathroom with a heated towel rail;
- a separate toilet;
- a dining area with a table and chairs;
- a comfortable living room with a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed;
- a furnished balcony and terrace;
- a ground-floor garden for fresh air.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.

Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wi-Fi, hairdryer, television, dishwasher, washer-dryer, coffee maker and Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, iron, ski storage, and more.

## Emplacement
With nearly 3,000 inhabitants, this commune of Haute-Savoie is located in the heart of the Arve valley, at the foot of Mont Blanc, not far from the city of Chamonix. Les Houches: starting point of the Tour du Mont Blanc.
