Little duplex in République beaux arts

The apartment is located on Rue Baptiste Monnoyer, on the fourth floor (with no lift )of a typical Lille building, and you will have access to the entire apartment.

Please note that the staircase leading up to and inside the apartment is typical of our pretty Lille buildings: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking.

It comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a narrow staircase leading directly to the bedroom with study and bathroom with shower.

The area is quite lively, so for light sleepers, we advise you to bring your earplugs.

The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival:

All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels.
The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for breakfast and dinner.

Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

Temporary information: part of the building is under construction, so common areas may be a little dirty and disturbed, I'm sincerely sorry about that!

You will have access to the entire apartment. 24-hour check-in possible.
