A cozy hotel at a convenient location

Everything is good, while the room is a bit small. Recommended because of the convenient location where we could find a lot of shops and good restaurants. Rossio Railway Station and metro station are just at a corner. Safe area.

Helpful staff and good service

Staff are friendly and the two male staff are extremely helpful. They were informative and told us where to visit and suggested us some good resturants. There was some problem with my coffee machine in my room and the staff was proactive to solve the problem .

The reception area was hard to find at first but the staff was amazing and helped us with all of our needs. The rooms are not huge but well appointed for our 3 night stay. The breakfast was good. We would stay here again.

The room was over too small. It was dangerous to move between bed and tv set with the risk of hitting yourself. There was no sound insulation between the rooms.

Best location - very central with great restaurants and grocery store 5 minutes or less away. Staff is the best and so helpful. Housekeeping does a great job of cleaning.

The room is clean and nice. Ours is on the fourth floor facing the santa justa elevator...very nice. The hotel is located at a convenient place with easy access to Rossio and Baixa-Chiado metro stations as well as Rossio train station. There are so many nice restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Re. facilities, there was no kettle in the room so we asked for one so that we could make tea ourselves. There were 4 coffee pods provided for the entire stay as they were not replenished after consumption. The same applied to the bottle water. The hotel could well be more generated on these fronts. Members of staff at the reception were polite and helpful. Shame that the lobby of the hotel is so small. Did not have breakfast in the hotel and so could not comment on this.

Hotel is lovely and centrally located to everything! In the description it mentioned a hotel shuttle which was part of our decision to book, but was notified after that it was an additional charge if 45 euro (fyi we took an uber for 15 euro). That charge should be better advertised.

This hotel is very centrally located, no shortage of good restaurants and amenities nearby. My room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and staff are friendly overall. However, the hotel is incredibly loud and I didn’t get a restful night’s sleep once. My room was located on the first floor of the main wing near the stairs. While the renovations look great, there is little soundproofing from the stairwell or between rooms. I could hear showers/faucets being turned on next door or above me, toilets flushing, people talking, and any footsteps in the stairs or hallway felt like they were thundering through my room at all hours. The breakfast room located steps away from my room meant that kitchen noise would wake me up early in the morning (7am). When I requested a room change, I was told other options would have the same noise level or located in the hotel’s separate wing without front desk staff or an elevator. The breakfast was average, but convenient to have on site. Overall, I would not stay here again.
