Welcome to your peaceful retreat in the heart of SE10 — a thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom house nestled beside Greenwich Park, with leafy outdoor areas and quick access to London attractions.
STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR LOUD NOISES. The property has noise monitoring devices installed. Any disturbance will not be tolerated and will lead to a cancellation of the booking and the guests will be asked to leave.

Bathrooms There are two bathrooms — a bright main family bathroom with bathtub and shower, plus a stylish second WC with rich green tiling.
Kitchen, Living & Dining The open-plan kitchen comes fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee setup. A mid-century style dining area seats 6 comfortably. Relax in the bright living room with plush seating, Sony Bravia smart TV, and curated art pieces.
Outdoor Areas Enjoy a private rear garden surrounded by greenery — perfect for morning coffee, reading, or alfresco dining. A second patio space at the front adds further charm.
Family-Ready Garden is enclosed. We welcome families with children. High-speed mesh Wi-Fi (432 Mbps) is available throughout the home.
Parking PLEASE NOTE - There is no parking for cars anywhere in the property or on this road. If you are coming with a car, please make sure to arrange parking nearby. Any cars parked on the street may get a parking fine.

Guests have exclusive access to the whole property during their stay.
STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR LOUD NOISES. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a fee of a minimum of £300.
No climbing the side hill, and please be kind to our neighbours.
Windows should be closed when not in use to prevent water damage.

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the space clean.
There will be some complimentary tea and instant coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there are a number of supermarkets and shops nearby. Please make sure to bring your own if you run out during your stay.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay. The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
