Had a great time here.Very spacious house for our 3 generation group, great playroom and child friendly garden ,best sea view ever in our experience.Kitchen fridge freezer faulty,dishwasher and washing machine need attention ,all essential for a large group .

We all loved our stay at this property. The house and location were perfect for a large group. The house was clean and cosy and catered for various family oriented activities. In the spirit of feedback: -there wasn't enough toilet paper, we had to by extra -the WiFi/broadband could have been better -the fridge door doesn't close properly and sometimes the food wasn't as chilled as we expected. Thank you.

Gorgeous house with very good facilities and lots of space. Every room beautifully decorated and the basement movie / games room provided hours of fun. Lots of great walks on the beach and nearby. Special mention to Peter the maintenance man who went beyond the call of duty to help us out, greatly appreciated. Anyone booking this house, will have a great time, we will be back!.

Spectacular family house right next to the beech. Very comfortable and fitted out to an exceptionally high standard. Other than the occasional dog walker, we had the beech to ourselves. A true Suffolk Secret
