The villa was spacious, clean and well equipped. We spent most of our time on the roof terrace, enjoying the beautiful Mountain View’s. The pool is a 5ft deep plunge pool rather than for swimming but was fantastic to cool off in the heat. Owl Bookings were very helpful prompt with any issues or information required. We really enjoyed our stay. The only mirrors were in the bathrooms. A full length mirror was needed somewhere.

We stayed here as a family of 8 and the Villa was just amazing. Super clean and the villa is huge with so many outdoor spaces where you can chill out. The roof terrace is where we spent most of our week which has an amazing view to the sea and a pool which is the perfect size when traveling with little ones. The connunication with the company who own the villa is superb and they respond super fast when you have a question so all in the service and the villa is absolutely superb and it is by far the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in. The beaches just 5 mins walk away are some of the most beautiful we have ever seen. If you book this villa you will not be disappointed.

The Villa works perfectly for my group. We take a room each (we’re non sharers). In previous years there has been an additional room downstairs which could accommodate a 4th person and which we made use as a 4th bedroom of (in previous years). This year that room was locked which made our sleeping arrangements for 4 a little more complicated. We made use of the open area downstairs as a 4th bedroom but that wasn’t ideal. The rest of the villa is perfect for our needs. It’s well equipped, very spacious and brilliantly located. It’s a great villa but we may have to look elsewhere to accommodate our 4th person next year. We’re all a bit saddened by that as this villa has become a real home from home. Not much - we’ve loved all of our stays here and we’re reluctant to look elsewhere but we do need a 4th sleeping room (the basement room (now locked) was fine for us.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und haben nebst einigen schönen Ausflügen das Haus (v.a. die Terrasse) viel genutzt. Der Ort war nicht so überlaufen und die Preise im Vergleich zu anderen tief. Unsere Wünsche wurden umgehend und großzügig umgesetzt. Die Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können, dafür war die Badreinigung und der Wäschewechsel nach einer Woche sehr angenehm. Gerne kommen wir wieder hierher.

Die Raumaufteilung dieser Finca ermöglicht es allen Reiseteilnehmern sich sowohl ungestört zurückziehen zu können, aber auch gemeinsam den Tag gemütlich zu verbringen! Der Pool ist zwar klein aber ausreichend um sich abzukühlen, wenn man einmal nicht an den Strand geht! Ein paar Türen klemmen etwas und sind laut! In der Dusche rinnt, wenn man sich duscht, Wasser unter der Bodenplatte heraus und überschwemmt das ganze Bad.

Die Finca ist wirklich wunderschön. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort. Die Raumaufteilung ist perfekt. Draußen gibt es viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Mann kann sehr schön auf der Dachterasse sitzen und den Blick aufs Meer genießen ! Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war Top - sehr proaktiv und ich habe schnelle Antworten auf meine Fragen bekommen.

Grande maison adaptée à 9 ..dont 4 ados. Piscine un peu petite avec revêtements abimes mais elle suffit à se rafraîchir. Maison propre, agence réactive.. Quartier calme malgré des chiens voisins qui aboient bcp. Le seul bémol à Cala c est l absence d un supermarché. Les 2 supérettes proposent ne proposent pas bcp d alimentaire.

Service impeccable de Owl Booking : disponibles, réactifs, informations claires et précises avant et pendant le séjour. Communication impeccable en français ou en anglais, très fort apprécié. Tout est très bien expliqué. Bravo et merci ! Les deux douches débordent rapidement donc il y a de l’eau partout dans la salle de bains. On a finalement utilisé la douche qui est dans la baignoire. Peut-être prévenir les clients, avant leur arrivée, qu’il n’y a pas de papier-toilette, poivre, sel,... Cela permet d’acheter ce qu’il faut au supermarché avant d’arriver à la villa.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à cala st Vincent. La propriété a de nombreux espaces très fonctionnels et les terrasses toutes agréables.il manque des couverts et des ustensiles de cuisine. Nous avons Malheureusement trouvé une villa avec les restes d’une fête :il manquait plusieurs éléments, la vaisselle était sale et mal rangée, Un volet cassé....L’agence a cependant été très réactive pour ses interventions. Cette petite station balnéaire est un vrai petit coin de paradis Très calme cette année dans le contexte COVID...

Brand new villa with a nice mediterranean design. Spacious terraces around, great views from the pool area towards the sea and mountains. Good bbq for the evenings. We really enjoyed it here.
