Situated on a 4000 m² plot of land, the property provides full privacy and an abundance of outdoor space for various activities. The ground floor includes a kitchen, living room, and bathroom, while the two bedrooms are located upstairs. The property is ideal for families, accommodating up to 6 guests, with the best configuration being 4 adults and 2 children. A baby cot is available upon request, and pets are allowed with an additional fee. Guests can enjoy a private jacuzzi, terrace with BBQ facilities, and a dining area. For those seeking an active vacation, two bikes and a trampoline are provided for free. Pješčana Uvala is a peaceful area close to Pula, an ancient Roman city with many monuments, museums, and galleries to explore. The house is just 350 to 500 meters from multiple beaches, and a grocery store and restaurant are within walking distance (500 meters). The house borders the beautiful Soline Forest Park, perfect for relaxing walks in nature. Nearby, visitors can enjoy activities such as bike tours, hiking trails, and water sports. Pula’s Roman Amphitheater hosts Spectacvla Antiqva shows every few days, offering a unique historical experience.
