Patent was done in advance but the rooms were not allocated at the time of checkin. I had to find another hotel.

A FRAUD INSTALLATION.
1. Despite me info the hotel about my late check in the room was not prepared and we had to wait for an hour in night for the room to be prepared and also the contact no. Provided in the expedia email was incorrect.
2. The room and bathroom was not clean and were not at all as advertised or as shown in the pictures on online websites. Bathroom didn't have shampoo or conditioner neither had hanger to put cloths on.
3. The settop of the TV was not recharged at all the the caretaker of the hotel refused to get it done. It was operational only after entire day has passed.
4.There was no breakfast buffet, only aloo paranthas and plain curd was provided at 1000hrs on the first day and none was provided thereafter during the entire stay.
6. The hotel didn't have any debit or credit card paying facility, and only accepted cash and refused to provide any bill or invoice for the payment despite repeated reminders.
7. The hotel has 2 fraud persons operating Mr. RAJESH YADAV and Mr UJJWAL SHARMA. The owner representing SP HOSPITALITY is never available. They were not available at the time of check out despite me info about the same and were found sleeping in adjacent rooms. They kept asking for money many times and kept knocking on the door for the same.

Run down hotel.
Only stayed one night. No WiFi or toilet paper, asked for this several times. 18yr old Manager just kept saying house keeping would bring the toilet paper and lent us his phone as a WiFi hotspot for 10 mins. Window didn't shut properly and dead mosquito on sheets, breakfast was soggy buttered toast and after asking a cup of coffee
